Crave Stainless Designs had a brilliant product which ticked the boxes for many Australian buyers. They offer stunning, custom-made water features which were designed and made right here in Australia. Their exceptional customer service and comprehensive freight arrangements means you can order and purchase water features and have them delivered right to your front door. Whilst Crave had great organic social engagement, they were struggling to get in front of new audiences.

By launching a comprehensive Facebook Ads campaign, Birdcage Marketing has transformed their online sales and enquiry rate; and business is booming.  

 

THE RESULTS

This is an ongoing campaign and the below results reflect the initial 11-months of engagement. As a rule, we expect to see results improve as the campaign progresses. 

Whilst online conversions are going strong; Crave has a high custom order rate which involves taking orders over the phone/via email. So whilst conversion results are looking good, we know that offline sales are doing even better.
