Boutique travel agent New Adventures Travel was looking to move from their old website, to a WordPress website which better reflects their brand values and vibe.

As a boutique travel concierge New Adventures Travel prides itself on offering personalised solutions for its clients. In order to reflect this, Birdcage Marketing worked to build a site with a strong focus on visual imagery which inspires visitors to “book that trip!”.

With added functionality such as access to their Interest Free payment plans, and the ability to accept payments via credit card direct through the website, the new website isn’t just about generating leads, but offers a functional aspect to the business.

The site also features Mailchimp and Instagram integrations to better engage visitors and capture data.

The solution

Birdcage Marketing developed a comprehensive Search Engine Optimisation campaign to build Google rankings and drive more traffic to the site. Starting with keyword research, we analysed the target market to better understand their challenges and search habits. We then implemented changes to the existing site (front and backend) and commenced a strategic backlinking and community building campaign.

Results

Site traffic from organic search increased by 677%

9 from 13 optimised keywords are now ranking position 10 and above

Of those, 7 keywords are position 3 and above

The site has maintained it’s strong rankings even with an aggressive competitor entering the field

The solution

Birdcage Marketing developed a targetted, clean and approachable Facebook boosted post to communicate brand benefits and appeal to the Spaces by Maxine target market.

We conducted marketing research to investigate the right target demographic and understand the main “pain points” of the group. We then included these learnings in the copywriting and image selection.

The boosted post ran for just 10 days, and has set the benchmark for all future social media campaigns for the brand.
